According to Chinese belief, a person's health and overall sense of well-being are determined by the balanced flow of Chi, or life force. Unfortunately, Chi cannot flow if the ions in your body's electromagnetic field are out of balance. When your body's Chi, which is composed of negative and positive ions, is balanced, you feel better.
Put the Balance Bracelet on your right wrist with the two terminals facing away from your body. If you do not feel any difference in 72 hours switch the bracelet to your left wrist with the two terminals facing down.
